The product is GREAT as long as it works. The sales team is nice (obviously), but support can be a nightmare. I finally just copied a transcript of a chat to my sales contact to have him send it up. We've contacted their support several times for relatively simple things, but their phone support is awful, and their chat support is negligent.

I'm not testing the SW beta, but I'm curious how it'll be different. We don't use the spiceworks integration, it's a lot smoother if you just go through Fiberlink. We use MaaS360 (recently switched from airwatch) and it's great.
